HARPERSFELD CHEESE
About ten minutes from the book village is the Harpersfeld Cheese Farm. Ask anyone in the village how to get there. They make fresh cheese, all home made, all available for sale (but only after an ample sampling!) This is a cheese cave. I confess, I’ve never been in one of these before.
